Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sovana Intelligence, LLC ("Sovana," "we") for the Sovana app and website. By using Sovana you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Sovana.

Who can use Sovana

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use Sovana for a business, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

What Sovana is, and isn't

Sovana gives TikTok Shop creators research, rankings, trend alerts and suggested scripts. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. Sales figures, trends and alerts come from TikTok data and licensed third-party data and may be estimates, delayed or incomplete. Labels like "likely ad spend" are signals, not facts.

Sovana does not guarantee any sales, commissions, views, followers or results.

Your content and your responsibilities

• You decide what to post. Scripts and suggestions are starting points written partly by artificial intelligence; review them, say them in your own words, and make sure every claim is true to your own experience with the product.
• You are responsible for following TikTok's Community Guidelines and TikTok Shop's policies, the FTC's rules on endorsements and disclosures, and any other laws that apply to your content.
• You keep ownership of anything you upload. You give Sovana permission to process it only to provide the service to you.

Your TikTok account

If you connect TikTok, you authorize Sovana to access the data you approve on TikTok's permission screen, to provide Sovana's features to you. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Sovana: no scraping or reselling Sovana's data, no reverse engineering, no attempts to break its security, no use to harass others or violate anyone's rights, and no automated access beyond normal use of the app.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow those stores' billing and refund rules.

Our content

Sovana's software, design, rankings and written analysis belong to Sovana Intelligence, LLC. You may use them for your own content creation, but not copy or redistribute them as a product of your own.

Ending your use

You can stop using Sovana and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers

Sovana is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sovana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Sovana in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are meaningful, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Sovana after that means you accept the new terms.
